Collaborated with a web agency to oversee development of CRR’s new website and to optimize SEO strategy and SEO content creation. Successfully integrated CRR’s coffee subscription platform and 40+ products onto the new website, onboarding 110 subscribers and experiencing a 46% growth in ecommerce sales. Developed and implemented email marketing strategies, including a newsletter featuring subscription coffees, spotlighting products, and creating a community amongst CRR subscribers. Managed social media channels to engage with customers, positively foster brand/consumer conversations, and execute social campaigns through organic posts and paid ads. Organized and managed the content library and content calendar for email, social, and paid marketing campaigns. Created SEO content through blog posts about coffee brewing techniques and best practices while featuring CRR products.
