I managed a team of twelve baristas, bakers, and cooks while running Decatur Georgia's most popular breakfast/brunch cafe. Under my direction the team received Eater Atlanta's award for "Best Breakfast Sandwich." We butchered and cured our own meat in house and baked with a wood-fired oven.

I was responsible for a team of 20 people, and was the communication liaison for the non-profit working in tandem with my office.
