+ Lead brand design and art direction for state-of-the-art, progressive cannabis brand. Became point-of-contact for driving the evolution and elevated visual direction from internal communications to retail facing collateral. + Using key insights, created various integrated marketing solutions for PAX product and sales objectives. High attention-to-detail ensured projects were executed against latest PAX Brand standards. + Package design for multiple PAX products from ideation to retail execution. This included international cross-functional communication to achieve our elevated result on-budget and on-time. + Established look and feel for PAX Mission & Culture. Creation of collateral essential to attracting high-level, key applicants to the PAX brand. Included but not limited to: unique swag items, targeted brochures, environmental office graphics, etc. + Mentored designers cross-functionally - across several teams, from brand to product. Provided dynamic solutions to help individuals move projects along their respective timelines. + Partnered with Ecommerce team to provide creative direction / visual guidance on an updated web presence, ensuring new photos and brand standards were applied across all platforms.

+ Designed marketing campaigns for Oracle product releases and high profile industry events. Responsibilities included leading freelancers, photoshoot art direction, implementation guidelines, and management presentations throughout the process. + Department point-of-contact for Oracle collateral systems. Duties entailed design, content updates, and various additions to Oracle partner templates. Primary clients were sales, marketing, and internal Oracle communication teams.

+ Acted as project lead on numerous global marketing campaigns with expedited schedules; designed and built brand standards to be carried out and scaled globally. + Worked closely with cross-functional teams (digital/social, product, retail marketing, public relations) to assure alignment and creataive output exceeded expectations. + Managed in-house team as well as outside vendors and freelancer relations as it related to campaign objectives.

+ Art directed and designed the campaign launch of 'Kroll Show'? sketch comedy show; executed localized joke advertising (for LA and NYC markets) that received buzz-worthy press from such sources as Adweek, PSFK, The Daily News, and The New York Observer. + Executed creative for the much publicized 'Roast of Charlie Sheen' premiere. Provided art direction and design for the animated digital experience, print/outdoor advertising, and office installations.

+ Strategized and designed for Oxygen's 2011 Upfront campaign; helped elevate sales collateral through interactive powerpoint presentations and various targeted outdoor advertising.+ Collaborated with internal teams on various brand refresh exercises; from logos to lower 3rd designs, provided management/stakeholders with options in which to steer the look the network.

+ Designed and developed the Bravo TV Upfront magazine: a colorful, large format magazine that was distributed industry wide and set the standard for Bravo brand sales collateral. The concept still stands; as the magazine gets updated each year for content and network offerings. + Collaborated with other designers & freelancers to carry out various brand related projects; worked closely with upper management to make sure deadline-driven projects were executed with success and minimal revisions.

+ Assisted design director in creating projects for wide-range of clients.

+ Design intern under senior creative director Kimou Meyer and merchandising VP Chris Sanjuan. Thorough hands-on experience in clothing industry, from design conception to garment production. Assisted in production of tech-packs for various clothing vendors. Helped in the creation of various t-shirt and fleece designs for Spring 2006 line.
