I have been excelling in the design and information technology industries since 2002 based in South East PA. Working for established Manufactures and Design Firms my talents have lead to the completion of trade show displays, catalog and sales team media production. Often times my sub talents are being utilized outside of my job description. While working as a designer and product photographer I have maintained office IT security and workstation health. Even providing IT support and infrastructure design for office relocations. I have many skills that can be focused to many problems to achieve fast and accurate solutions.

Assist customers in selecting the appropriate hard goods and soft goods for their needs and budget. Maintain point of sale and network connectivity while on site. Act as location IT specialist as required for network and workstation troubleshooting. Provide product reviews Provide IT upgrade solutions as needed.
Website Functional Administrator
Katmai IT Inc. - PA Army National Guard2013 – Present
Supports website users on a daily basis providing help desk support and weekly to annual reports to chain of command. Serves as liaison to NGB Contracted Admins to State Hardware admins for upgrade support and scheduling. Builds visual elements for website distinction. Builds visual guides for end user training proposes. Attends annual workshops and training to report back to department on new best practices and upcoming website updates/changes.
