Created a US-based satellite company for Gemini Fashions of Canada. Managed North American sales, marketing and customer service functions for company brands including women’s outdoor lifestyle clothing (Tsunami), wintersport apparel and corporate outerwear.

Annually met and exceeded increased sales objectives managing 16 regional sales representatives in the US and Canada. Responsible for the overall operation as it pertained to North American revenue and US cost centers.

Directly responsible for the overall management, sales and marketing of US wintersport division (Sun Ice, Tsunami). Managed sales force, developed and implemented marketing efforts and responded to account problems and inquiries through supervision of customer service department. Interfaced with financial department relative to budget maintenance, credit review and receivable analysis. Supervising manager for product distribution facility. Took Tsunami division from sales level of 200,000 dollars annually to 6.5 million dollars in three years.
