My name is Dalton VandenBrandHorninge and I am a graduate from San Jose State University in California with a degree in Business Management. I have been in retail management for the last 6 years, and am looking to continue my passion for action sports through my career. I have been skateboarding, surfing, and snowboarding for almost nearly my entire life and want to use the talents and skills I have gained to continue to grow these sports and share them with all.

· Have been the acting Store Manager since February 2017 · Trained and developed employees for multiple locations such as; Market Street, Great Mall and Santana Row. · Helped set up the San Francisco and Livermore stores for success during their inventories. · Led a team as support for Vacaville’s Black Friday and assisted with traffic flow to drive sales and ensure all customers found the right product and the right fit. · Control payroll and ensure team is held accountable to attendance expectations and take every opportunity to coach when needed. · Helped support and reworked layouts for store visuals for Market Street, and Great Mall while also being in charge of my home store. · Control supply requests when needed to ensure my store is profitable and has the product it needs to function properly.
