• Direct contact for distributor & wholesale inquiries • Create and maintain relationships with new and existing wholesalers and distributors supporting them in the buying process • Data entry of all sales process • Assist sales by communicating with reps, processing orders, & developing sales materials • Responsible for all international shipping paperwork and documents • Customer Service representative • Overview of all web order sales and channels • Work with marketing manager to develop creative for packaging, catalogs, & all sales aids as well as oversea outside projects for both surf & snow brands. • Support and contribute with the planning and production of company events • Aid in identifying opportunities and key partnerships to build brand awareness
