Support stores on product needs, concerns, and inventory levels utilizing Kace tickets. Work with the Planning Director to ensure the inventory levels at each store adhere to the OTB. Assist in Buying functions including merchandise selection, negotiating, reporting, pricing and planning of assortments. Track and manage Purchase Orders, Transfers, Return Shipments and other related functions, including follow-up with vendors. Initiate and maintain system data for item setup, item maintenance, item reactivation, price and cost changes, promotional activity and vendor setup.

Evaluate sales and inventory levels by utilizing system reporting or creating reports. Communicate with buyers, planners, store planning, and allocation team to support and execute vision of floor set, peak seasons, store needs. Manage inventory levels for Women’s and Men's Non-Apparel categories while evaluating store tiers, capacity levels, seasonality of product, and demand.

-Daily management of accessories allocation. -Creates weekly and ad-hoc reports for Allocation team. -Assists in creating strategy sheets for monthly floorsets. -Collaborates with Buyers, Planners and Retail Operations to ensure proper merchandise allocation.
