Turning Challenges into Successes - What defines me as a person and professional has been my ability to turn challenges into success.

Two examples are moving 1,500 miles to a state in which I knew no one and my adventures traveling to Ireland, England and Mexico, some adventures lasting a month at a time. Adapting for these challenging experiences helped me become more self-reliant, improve my communications skills, and learn how to develop connections to make any transition a success. As an athlete I suffered a serious ankle injury my junior season that left me with a decision to hang up the cleats or continue playing. My perseverance, dedication, and strong work ethic allowed me to return quicker than doctors expected; and according to my coach a stronger hitter.
