I am a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and focused individual who is seeking public relations and communications opportunities in the extreme sports sector. I am a senior currently attending Drake University, where I am pursuing my B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising. My experience in social media management, content creation, media analytics, blogging, and public relations sets me up well for a position in a variety of industries.

Wakonda Country Club2022 – Present
-Used my design skills to create promotions that were sent out to 500+ members. -Created effective communications strategies to communicate with members. -Worked alongside the director of marketing to create a comprehensive social media calendar. -Wrote feature stories for the monthly newsletter. -Teamed with the Director of Food and Beverages to create an exclusive monthly newsletter for wine vault members. -Meet with team members outside of the business office to discuss new and evolving opportunities for each department.
Public Relations Intern
MGPR and Dew Tour2022 – 2022
-Monitored and tracked media briefings to show popularity of event to Pepsi. -Collaborated with media personnel to discuss The Dew Tour. -Assisted with public relations and communications during weekend long event. -Worked with team members to research highlights and trends of the event. -Used Burrelles, Google Alerts and Muck Rack to track media surrounding Dew Tour.
