Oversee development and implementation of special projects including new business ventures and respective teams. Manage U.S. financials and both U.S. and Canadian marketing. Management of special projects has included: Coworking: - Inception, design, construction and branding of "k.work" a full service co-working company. - Oversaw the design, construction and fit up of a historic building to facilitate the needs of the business - Developed the branding and website for the new business. - Developed the policy and procedures including the sales and marketing strategies. - Hired and trained staff to interact and create positive environment for cowork members. Storage: - Oversaw the seamless transition of management companies of two storage facilities. - Developed the policies and procedures associated with the operations of the facility. - Hired and trained employees to operate the facility and also create a positive environment. -Conceived of sales incentive program that boosted rentals and created an average occupancy rate of 95%Design marketing materials including posters, brochures, social media, website layout, content and merchandise. Liaise with local publishing companies regarding magazine and newspaper features.

Children's Department Volunteer

Volunteered in the children's department of the Carlsbad Dove Library on a weekly basis for 'Storytime Theatre' as well as on occasional weekends for 'Saturday Stories'. Storytime events were hosted with both full time and part time staff for the local community, primarily for infants, children and caregivers.
