- Deep dive into indentifying the adidas consumer, lifestyle, and the competitive marketplace
- Conduct market research and trend forecasts on national and global seasonal styles
- Attend competive shopping trips and focus groups to gain insight on new line validation
- Design and ideate inline products and concept styles to fulfill seasonal line-plan of marketing requirements and needs
- Align with adidas US headquarters to design accessory collections cohesive to seasonal apparel and footwear while maintaining style success specific to Agron
- Analyzed Agron business history to deliver product lines that met sales needs
- Collaborate across all categories and brand marks to align in seasonal trend connectivity

- Created cut and sew patterns for bags and caps.
- Reversed engineered product to obtain information to strengthen product needs.
- Researched and Developed new concepts for “go to market” needs. Products included Snow bags, juniors bags, new headwear fits, cut n sew, belts and wallets.
- Provided clear and detailed comments to Product Development team on all protos, revisions and SMS.
- Sat in on fit meetings and commented on all, lab dip, strike-offs, trims, and seasonal tech pack handovers.
- Created detailed tech packs with little to no revisions (pending art directions).

- Collaborated with senior designer to handle a variety of projects – (nylon handbags, backpacks, luggage, travel accessories) initiation and follow through of tech packs, tech drawings, color CADs and other forms needed for tracking, etc.
- Sketched ideations of new styles for every season, within guidelines of brand language
- Supported the creative design process post sketch review through development handoff by executing and updating detailed tech packs and sample review forms
- Made technical design recommendations for potential production, quality and costing issues to ensure brand integrity
