My most recent professional endeavor brought me to a local Minneapolis non-profit servicing homeless youth, where I served as the Director of Marketing and Communications. In this role, I not only managed 400+ active volunteers, but I initiated and directed an entire rebrand of the organization. · In 18 months, built and implemented a comprehensive marketing plan that would catapult the nonprofit organization from a drop-in center to a fully operational transitional housing facility for homeless youth · Curated all content for internal and external stakeholders and constituents through online platforms, media relations, press releases, donor letters, annual reports, newsletters, and other collateral · Lead the vendor selection and implementation project for the database that will support 1000+ volunteer records, 2,500+ donors, and a refined volunteer cultivation
