Key elements of a successful product collection include product performance, product quality, aesthetics, market relevance, product messaging, price positioning, and accurate and timely product content.

Was responsible for the timely management, representation, and transmittal of the supply and forecast plans for Blizzard, Tecnica, and Nordica. This included but was not limited to: *Aggregating live market data and incorporating it into forecasts and production launches. *Appropriately time phasing availability to meet market needs. *Communicating with factories and other planning teams to facilitate syndication of process and philosophy. *Provide feedback to product development teams on sales and market trends as they pertain to the various product lines. *Digital management and administration of product lines for Blizzard, Tecnica, and Nordica.

Piloted an internship program within the Service Excellence department which ultimately led to the recognition and hiring into a dedicated Supply Planing role for both Alpine Brands (Blizzard/Tecnica and Nordica)
