• Provide a great customer experience for guests visiting the zoo. • Regulate lines and efficiency of loading buses. • Drive & Operate Buses throughout the zoo, while providing a well rounded tour about the animals. • Monitor radio traffic throughout the day and make sure surroundings are safe for all guests. • Check tickets and give directions throughout the park. • Maintain a time schedule while on express buses and load and unload guests at 5 stops throughout the zoo. • Constantly learning new facts about the animals & providing that information to the guests. • Quick learning and adapting to all environmental changes throughout the zoo on a daily basis.
