Managed international vendor relationships, including conducting site visits with product manufacturers and approving lasts, molds, and pullovers. Established manufacturing standards and oversees production schedule. Created innovative product and brand marketing materials, including graphics and logos, packaging design, tradeshow booth design, social media and website content, and sales presentations. Created innovative footwear products for startup lifestyle and integrated tech apparel company, leading design process from concept through production and working with engineers to implement technology solutions. Established new production partners in China and Vietnam. Designed full line of marketing materials, including graphics, social media content, packaging, and instructions. • Integrated lighting technology into product design to promote safe driving and provide increased visibility at night for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Assisted design director in the creation of complete line of medical-grade brace wear, meeting tight project deadlines. Conducted additional trends research, footwear design, and materializing; and created tech packs and presentations supporting the company’s women’s and men’s lines.

Led design and development for women’s leather fashion brand targeting boutiques and department store buyers. Oversaw seasonal last, mold, leather, material, and accessory design. Managed production development and sourcing, including conducting site visits at Chinese manufacturers and working with sandal factories in India. • Delivered innovative products on behalf of Nordstrom, Buckle, Zappos, and other customers. • Created photorealistic rendering standard to support sales teams which reduced design time and saved development dollars in the production of buyer variations.

Conducted sales presentations for Walmart buyers, collecting and incorporating feedback. Led international vendor relationships and completed sketches, trend reports, and colorway studies.
