I am a Senior economics major, looking to explore career opportunities in economics, investment management, and financial analysis. I have strong financial modeling and analytical skills, as well as, being an adaptable, team-oriented worker with great communication skills. Develop store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Spearheaded the upgrade of the payment system, transitioning to a cutting-edge payment processing solution. Successfully orchestrated the upgrade of the scheduling software, moving from an outdated system to a modern, user-friendly solution. Met sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
Surf and Paddleboard Instructor
South End Surf 'N Paddle2021 – Present
Executed a comprehensive training schedule, coordinating sessions for an excess of 750 clients per month and 15 instructors. Responsible for teaching customers ranging from 7 years old to 65+ old safe water practices. Worked closely with each customer to ensure learning goals and water skills were met.
