In My Own Words

I am seeking the opportunity to use my skills in an environment where I can provide the largest benefit. I excel in Project Management and Operations related aspects of business and have effectively proven this in my own company and previous employment. I love to put myself to the test and shoot for goals that many think are too far out of reach. Accepting challenges is the foundation of my life experiences and something I do with confidence. You will recognize me as a fully committed individual with pride in being direct, spontaneous and communicative. Along with my manufacturing schooling and experience, I can maintain various records, perform calculations and assessments accurately and I need little direction to complete assigned tasks. These are the qualities that make an excellent candidate. From past experiences and education, I have acquired persuasive techniques that are needed to influence vendors, co-workers, inspectors, and customers in making choices. My leadership skills are developed and have allowed me to spontaneously interact with diverse populations and all age groups. I am a motivator and organizer and these skills have enabled me to effectively defuse problem situations with co-workers and vendors using tactful communication. Teamwork is another skill I have acquired and one I know is necessary for organizational cohesiveness. Over the years, I have had to establish daily operational bases for projects and programs and provide the direction to insure the progress, objectives, and deadlines were met.
