I'm a self motivated individual with an open mind and ability to be coached.

With my can-do attitude, I have a successful track record within my Sales and Marketing goals. I am bilingual(Spanish) and have been able to wear many hats in any corporate and start-up environments. I am a creative, fun, and determined person that believes work should be enjoyable. However, I am responsible enough to know how to balance fun without sacrificing productivity or sales. Working in retail has improved my communication skills with co-workers as well as customers. I feel that my friendly, up-beat personality is a huge plus for business/customer relationships. My experience has taught me how to express my creativity in unique ways as well as accept criticism and use it to my advantage.

Established in 2002, Hoven Vision has grown its reputation in the Surf, Wake, and Fishing industries. Responsibilities/ duties: - Responsible for a team of eight field reps within the West Coast territory including Hawaii. - Personally managed three sub-markets: Wake boarding/ Harley Davidson/ Resort-boutique. - Assisted the Wake Team Manager to create new product campaigns in be featured in reputable magazines ( AllianceWake Magazine and Unleashed Wake Magazine). - Actively involved in new product development that included optics and apparel. - Overlooked multiple trade shows such as Surf Expo, Agenda, Outdoor Retailer, ICast, and Fred Hall Show - Assisted with digital marketing campaigns on social media handles ( Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat) and grew our daily followers and brand awareness.
