- Coordinate and the first point of contact for customer requests which include: Advertisment changes, website modifications, and creative print material - Assist in project development of online digital assets for b2b & b2c Marketing clients - Field Management for all prospect and current client lead accounts on CRM database - Initiate creative responses, ideas, trends , and research - Assist in customer service reputation management ( online Yelp presence for 5 star yelp accounts ) - Fulfilled admin type duties which include: preparing reports, filing, data entry, customer service, and collections - Demonstrated and succeeded in working in a heavy project deadline type work environment
