Managed 3 associate designers and collaborated cross functionally on a daily basis - Developed new homepage creative to fit omni-channel platforms, increasing conversion by nearly 8% - Collaborated with site merchandisers to produce Pro/NCAA Championship creative resulting in some of the largest championship apparel license sales to date - Art directed photoshoots to create layouts that were featured on the Dick’s Sporting Goods website, producing high volume of sales for items such as sneakers, apparel and sporting goods - Managed associate UI designers through meetings, mentorship and reviews, helping each gain more experience and responsibility for the possibility of promotion - Reduced employee turnover in creative department by creating individual development plans which ensured success of each direct report

- Designed and updated car dealership websites to move inventory for individual dealerships - Designed website banners, online coupons, homepage ads, etc. in order to help sell cars - Customized dealership websites, making aspects of updating individual sites easier for dealership owners and employees - Generated short animated ads (gifs) promoting monthly car deals in order to sell the last of the specified inventory - Troubleshoot issues dealing with website functions, ads, emails etc. to help clients adjust and navigate their own site easily
