While working for one of the top 5 retail surf shops in the country voted by Surf Industry Manufactures Awards, I developed expertise selling both new and used surfboards, and other related equipment. Responsibilities include management of evening employees, shop operation, and closing procedures. Also, performed as retail sales representative, surf instructor, and ocean paddleboard guide. Periodically performed inventory control along with representing the surf shop at local events. Marketed Surfing with Smiles event as well as coached and instructed children with autism through surf lessons
