Caitlin is a graphic, textile, and color designer specializing in innovative color and graphic storytelling. Currently a Senior Image Artist with Nike during the day, at night she loves to research, conceptualize, and create product curated to client’s needs. She brings to the table knowledge of the entire manufacturing process from design and development to production and is skilled in color separation, print and graphic applications, full-repeats, CADs, and tech packs.

Senior Image Artist - Branded Apparel

2020 – Present

• Spearheaded a theoretical plus-size apparel sportswear collection through Nike's mentoring program • Streamline 3-D Tee processes for mass adoption, reducing physical sales samples by half and saving over $2.2 million/yr • Lead, train, and mentor team members in areas of work direction, priorities, objective setting, and SOPs

• Edited and colored digital line art for game-day jerseys, training, and fanwear for over 1,100 colorways seasonally • Partnered with Product Management, Design, and Development ensuring accurate artwork is passed downstream
