In My Own Words
I started my my management career in the restaurant industry. I quickly discovered the truth in the adage; "Love what you do and you'll never work a day in your life." I went to bicycle mechanic school, and got myself on a trajectory for a lifetime in the outdoors industry. I spent several years as a mechanic, but my management background, and interest in business opened up other opportunities for me. I love what I am currently doing, but I am always looking for unique and exciting ventures to be a part of!

ALCHEMY BICYCLES2020 – Present
Promoted to Product/Brand Manager after six months Work with development, marketing, and design teams to set product vision, roadmaps, and bring new products to market Responsible for market research, forecasting, and placing OEM orders using insight into inventory and production schedules to ensure product availability Provide management with reports and analyses and work with them to determine metrics of success Provide feedback to my teammates and coming up with creative solutions to problems Work closely with all divisions of the company to make sure the unified vision of Alchemy is always on track and on brand I wear many hats in this small company and I enjoy the challenge that comes with that every day. Covid has been a difficult hurdle in this industry and many others, and I have become better at my job through my ability to pivot and problem solve to keep Alchemy on track.
