Responsibilities included, photo editing: culling image files, color correction, resizing upon export for proper in app use while retaining high image quality, creating in app banners for advertising/marketing, etc. Photographer manager/recruiter: Researching and reaching out to photographers in area throughout the nation, confirming and contracting photographers for shoots, securing photographers proper entry to venues, briefing photographers on shoot duties/responsibilities, ensuring photos are received after shoot completion, and ensuring photographers completed the contracted goals of the shoot and issuing final payments to photographers.
