- Manage, train, and assess the performance of the entire security personnel - Able to act as the first responder to any security issue on Big Sky Resort property and contact local law enforcement when necessary - Coordinated with Secret Service to provide protection to important persons - Conduct back of house inspections around the resort monthly - Guide guests with providing answers to their questions or pointing them in the right direction - Assist with all workplace security issues for both guests and employees and ensure all procedures are being accurately followed - Ensured safety of skiers/ riders during races and competitions - Communicated with other event coordinators to implement security measures

-Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day -Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities -Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc -Excellent time management and communication skills Types of events managed: -Motocross/ Enduro Races -Practice days -Concerts -Training camps -Obstacle course events
