Influenced the global product & development teams to identify gaps and opportunities, define feature roadmap, and execute against consumer and business needs. Responsible for 30% increase in conversion YOY through multiple feature improvements and on-going optimizations. Established, led, & managed a team of 25 individuals in Portland, and 2 in Amsterdam. In 2011, oversaw the sales of $83M+ for closeout inventory, managing between $15-20M in average inventory (cost of goods).
