With an emphasis on sustainability and inclusivity, assisted in curating lines consistingof 6-15 groups per season. Took responsibility for send outs and developments to full concepts and brand presentation to sales team members. Initiated developments for prints, trim, novelty items and various self-designed hangtags, coordinated sample requests, used PLM systems to create BOMs, set up styles and initiate ERP Transfers, communicated line changes to all team members with frequent linesheet updates and detailed notes, sketched in-line groups, and conducted research and design trips to present to company-wide design teams. Lead milestone meetings to present concepts, developments, and full lines to cross-functional team members ranging from sales to production and received praise for being a highly-efficient team from the CMO and documented the 'La Blanca Process' in map form so that other areas of design could apply similar principals.

Under the guidance of the designer of Roxy, Brittany assisted with all kinds of tasks pertaining to all Americas regional inline late adds, trend capsules, and SMU's. She worked in a variety of categories including sportswear, swim, active, and accessories. The skills she exercised through this internship experience include creating CADs, recoloring prints, doing color comments for print strikeoffs, assisting in fittings, communicating to international players in the design process by way of SalesForce, creating tech packs, conducting design research by means of fashion related websites and local shops, and assisting in graphic design.
