• Managed and executed the product development process from concept to production including all calendar, sourcing, design, fit and execution in close partnership with supply vendors and manufacturers • Re-designed the entire 2018 product line within first 6 months by focusing on consistency in aesthetics, quality of materials and construction which resulted in the highest revenue quarter in company history • Streamlined production cycle by eliminating supply chain redundancies resulting in a 2 month timeline improvement, also established a contingency plan to de-risk reliance on the primary manufacturer • Introduced and designed a new men’s bib concept that completely sold out within 3 months and became an evergreen product within the line • Increased product margins from 40% to 60% across entire product line by cleaning up design and fit inconsistencies, reducing vendors, lowering FOB costs

• Recruited to reboot the women’s product line and established a new aesthetic to fit the DaKine brand for all performance apparel • Oversaw all men’s and women’s apparel colour, merchandising, fit, materials and construction while working closely with freelancers and cross category designers • Created a reputation of high quality technical outerwear by collaborating with the development team to source improved fabrics and trims across both men’s and women’s Snow and Bike categories • Worked closely with professional athletes to create pro model styles to drive marketing stories

• Designed products across various categories with a focus on snow sports products with several pieces increasing sales by 60% and establishing new company best sellers • Generated new constructions and mock-ups before passing on to development team • Worked closely with patternmakers to develop the Whiteline fit library for Fall ’14 and ’15 design and development seasons • Developed a new zipper installation to sit alongside the iconic Arc’teryx zipper garage in the Whiteline Collection
