Responsible for all aspects of sales and manufacturing of private label rashguards for many industries mainly within the Action Sports Market. I also sold and manufactured surf bags, yoga wear and basically what the customer was in need of, I figured out how to get best cost, with best product possible and a great turn around, always meeting deadlines. I worked very close with my distributors, pattern makers, cutters/sewers, screen printers and embroidery shops. I dealt with many promotional products such as t-shirts, hats, towels, printing or embroidering their logo. I handled all art work, from scratch to film using Adobe Illustrator

Oversaw all aspects of sales and manufacturing of our proprietary technical Shirt that repelled water. We primarily marketed to the SUP market which led into working with many others in the Water Sports industry. I handled all local and inside sales as well as managed 20 U.S. reps. I managed customer service and shipping. I saw the order from the sale to delivery and worked very closely with all customers dealing with all issues and handling all artwork using Adobe Illustrator assisting in vectorizing, size, placement and Pantone colors. Helped put together the Victory to Surf contest our company held in Huntington Beach, Ca, where we ran a Stand Up Paddle race for many professional, intermediate and beginner athletes. I set up and worked the Surf Expo and Outdoor Retialer for 6 years. I am top notch in customer service and problem solving.

Responsible for running all aspects of business of a retail store front. Handled all inside sales, marketing, purchasing, merchandising, shipping and receiving. Took great pride in customer service and training new employees.
