After twenty years self employed in high production real estate sales, I am pivoting to seek opportunities that align with my outdoor lifestyle and extensive sales experience.

I am super excited for my next chapter which will have me pursuing business development as well as creative opportunities that allow for travel in the great American West

Work: I’m a wind up, self starter who loves to be turned loose on projects that excite me. Whether it be high volume sales production, video marketing, public relations or branding, I am a customer centric individual at heart.

Just as I designed my company to cater to outdoor individuals who need a home based on their lifestyle, (think homes with trail, climbing and skiing proximity), I’m searching for a collaboration with a vision oriented company where I can contribute creatively, mixing business DNA with personal passions.

Besides sales, I have experience in branding and marketing through video production, developing authentic content on my YouTube channel, @LiveWhereYouPlayTV, a mix of lifestyle and real estate related content.

I truly enjoy the creativity involved in lifestyle content creation and journalism. I am very comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy public speaking punctuated by a history in news/ed writing, stand up comedy, ToastMasters, and Professional DJ/Emcee work.

Play: As a passion job, I work in the snowsports industry for more than fifteen years now as a snowboard instructor as well as three years in premier bike sales. This past summer, after a twenty year hiatus, I completed my outdoor sports triad to became a paraglider pilot, fulfilling a promise to myself from 1998.

In short, I love the West and traveling within it. I naturally gravitate to road adventures and being outside and frequently trade out sports as the seasons turn. With my off grid RV and a penchant for adventure, I bring authenticity and a happy disposition to any position.

I am used to sales based pay structures and prefer self employment type latitude in establishing work connections. As a Landmark Forum graduate I see the world through an abundance filter that serves me well in sales and personal relationships. My question for any future collaboration remains constant:
