Marketing professional with 15 years of hands-on experience and very thankful to be signed as a teenager by the Burton Snowboards Sponsored Riders Team and through constructive feedback invited to Research and Development Projects.

The snowboard and skate industry was very beneficial to be a part of at a young age and that it taught me the parameters were limitless and rewarded outside the box solutions that aid in all my marketing efforts.

Most recently I have been able to assist a wide variety of local clients including State Senate Candidates with various business needs utilizing marketing fundamentals to provide implementation of multi-channel programs that included email, direct mail, digital, web, podcast, and various other communications.

As the Owner and Operator of Media Wave SD, I, Brett Pajerski, take pride in managing the overall operations, strategic planning, and growth of our innovative social media marketing agency. I bring a decade of invaluable experience, having worked in the agency environment since 2011, which I leverage to guide our talented team and elevate our company's offerings.

Strategic Leadership: I set the strategic direction for Media Wave SD, ensuring we are always on the cutting edge of social media and podcast advertising trends. It's my job to conceive and implement innovative marketing strategies that not only cater to our clients' needs but also fuel our company's growth.

Client Relations: Building and nurturing client relationships is at the heart of what I do. I work closely with each of our clients to understand their unique goals, and I align our services to meet these objectives and exceed their expectations.

Team Management: I oversee our skilled team, fostering a culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. From hiring and training to guiding professional development, I ensure our team members stay updated with the latest industry knowledge and skills.

Financial Management: I manage the financial aspects of our agency, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. My role involves making sure our resources are allocated and utilized in the most efficient way.

Business Development: I'm always on the lookout for new business opportunities and partnerships. My role involves driving expansion efforts to increase Media Wave SD's market presence and client base.

Tasks include conceptualizing direction of all projects, prioritizing task completion and contributing graphic, logo, print, website and 3D designs

Director of Sales and Marketing

Responsible for booking and implementing all details on a wide variety of events and functions accommodating 35 - 450 guests
Communicated with client to match services, locations and menus to meet all guest needs 
Accountable for bar appearance, operations, inventory accountability and serving all beverages through the wait-staff and directly to bar customers
Affectively created unique, specialty and upscale items for drink menu and daily specials

Catering Manager and Bartender

Established and solidified relationships with over 400 retail accounts handling all aspects of client needs resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction
Developed a target list of retail partners and presented seasonal sales and marketing initiatives to effectively increase account base
Acquired snowboard / surf athletes for advertisements and integrated athlete input into R&D process as well as created opportunities to promote team and brand
