Served up to 220 retail customers per day in addition to private customers and specialty groups from regional higher end hotel resorts. Dealt with accounting, hiring/firing, scheduling, advertising/marketing, private instruction, group lessons, technology implementation with respect to point of sale transactions and all necessary aspects of a growing business.
