• Field-testing company’s product, TextBlade (hardware and software), with proprietary iOS applications prior to product release and production ramp-up. Reporting data to engineering department and troubleshooting malfunctions
• Strategizing with business development director and investors on exit strategy and approach with potential acquirers
• Using proprietary iOS applications and communication platforms to organize and execute all support activities - Interfacing with customers to resolve issues on the order server, answering technical inquiries, and communicating with engineering to update customers on product’s progress
• Copywriting public relations content, customer support communications, and managing bulk customer accounts
• Managing website’s forum by moderating and researching users to vet for competitors’ marketing shills

• Raised private equity @ $50M valuation to fund architecture of mobile applications and Internet platforms. Last round of funding raised @ $275M valuation.
• Worked alongside founder / CEO to develop License Plate Technology (LPT) and Campus Safety Technology (www.voiceplate.com, www.voiceplate.net, www.voiceplatecampus.com, "LPT" and "VP Campus Safety" in iTunes store)
• Consulted and strategized with executives to build a board of directors from the technology, investment banking, legal and military specialties
• Researched the technology space and developed plan to deploy strategic verticals amongst a pool of incubating Internet-based platforms
• Copywriter for web sites, apps, press releases, and other marketing material
• Interfaced with web-developers / programmers to build apps and platforms
• Demonstrated LPT and Campus Safety Technology to Universities (USC, LMU, UCLA), Los Angeles International Airport, investors, government agencies and investment firms
