Part-time server at night at Devil’s Thumb Ranch: Heck’s Tavern. Tending to guest needs and inquiries. Knowledge of all resort protocol, activities and events, local businesses and locations, and in-depth knowledge of food & beverage. Responsible for guest satisfaction at Heck’s Tavern, specifically in the quality of the guest dining experience.

Tended to the needs of guests by providing resort information, a high quality experience, and the accommodation to any disability or need of assistance. Provided in-depth knowledge of surrounding area and resort facilities. Ran all lift controls during open operating hours, including the pre-operation maintenance and safety checks of lift controls & equipment. Held responsibility for the overview & safety of guests riding the transit on the property. Complete knowledge of high-wind procedures, lighting procedures, fire-safety, and mechanical failures.

Managed all aspects of camper fulfillment including team building, companionship, personal growth, and discipline. Held additional high-level responsibility chaperoning groups of 50+ campers on each of the (4) cross-country flights, along with local transportation to the camp's Los Angeles-based pickup points during each of the camp's two summer sessions.
