• Research, develop, articulate and contribute to athlete insight, sporting event decks, cultural trends, and competitive analysis • Assist in the research and development of innovation through a combination of materials, construction and silhouette • Use Company clients' brand DNA to filter relevant trends and inspiration to assist in creating trend, color, material, and silhouette insight with a performance POV • Assist in the creation and maintenance of presentation PPTs, technical packs and proto requests, and BOMs • Contribute original ideas to the design process using both electronic and hand sketching, taped garments • Communicate with Company client teams both internally (Design, Merchandising, Development, etc.) and externally (Vendors, Manufacturers, etc.) via email, weekly meeting touchpoints, etc

• Assisted in the creation of presentation materials used internally for key checkpoints and meetings. • Maintained artwork files used by the Design, Merchandising and Development teams throughout the season • Contributed original ideas to the design process using electronic, hand sketching and taped garments • Assisted in the creation and maintenance of seasonal color palettes. • Applied and updated color to necessary artwork files throughout the season • Supported Design Director, Senior Designers and Color team with daily activities on a per need basis
