• Manage Men’s Lifestyle Outerwear & Sportswear categories for Marmot & ExOfficio brands. • Review all styles for construction, silhouette, fit & trim details; approves quality of factory samples • Research global marketplace interpreting consumer & market needs as they relate to the respective product category • Develop new product concepts, innovative fabrication & construction technologies into commercially viable product
