•	Re-built sales team adding 15 agents.
•	Grew sales in Specialty Retail arena by 29%, while 50% of active retailers grew by average of 41%.

•	Build and maintain relationships with company’s global leadership in the Australia, US, and in Europe. Lead/champion initiatives to drive global evolution of the NA organization.
•	Directly manage Customer Service teams which include individual Key Account and Specialty Teams
•	Integrated process development and updates across all departments within the organization drawing to cleaner and more concise communication between full customer groups internally and externally.
•	Direct participation in S&OP, Product development, Marketing, and Finance review and planning sessions

I was tasked with building an amazing brand whose core values mimic not only mine, but many Specialty Outdoor Retailers. Sherpa Adventure Gear was founded with a strong desire to directly give back to the Nepal culture producing nearly 100% of their assortment in and around Kathmandu. I restructured the external sales force, dramatically increased sales within the Specialty Outdoor arena, established strategic calendars to aid in product development and on time deliveries. Additionally, I facilitated a strong relationship with the Grassroots Outdoor Alliance.
