My goal is to design engaging and marketable textile product assortments using print design, CAD, merchandising, trend research, and a strong knowledge of textile manufacturing (mostly wovens, printing, and dyeing).

Print Designer

Hedley & Bennett

2021 – 2022

-Design and develop original textile artworks (graphic trims, repeating patterns, silkscreen placement prints, embroidery, weaving) and color palettes for all D2C product -Collaborated creatively with designers from recognized brands such as Crocs, Sony Music/The Beatles, Peanuts, and Warner Bros. -Created and implemented seasonal print design concepts for streetwear collaboration drops in alignment with the Hedley & Bennett brand -Weekly collaboration with Production, Product Development, and Marketing teams -Engaged the marketing team in the product design process to create an effective storytelling-based product launch -Created customer-focused surveys to include customer-centricity in the design process

-Designed and developed original jacquard upholstery and printed wall coverings collections using CAD, textile structures, pattern, color, and texture -Sold original textile collections to interior designers and upholstery jobbers -Managed sample production schedule

-Researched FA 21 fashion/lifestyle consumer trends -Created color inspiration decks for all sweaters and pants categories -Maintained color excellence throughout the design and development process -Colored SKUs for production

-Assisted inline Color Developers with lab dip approvals, vendor communication, and meetings with designers -Researched and presented alternative industrial textile dyeing methods with fellow Color Design Intern -Lead a one-hour informational course on fiber and dye science to the entire Color Development team at NIKE WHQ

-Designed original jacquard woven upholstery fabric for Wesley Mancini Home Fabrics and AlFresco Outdoor Fabrics. -Consolidated and organized the studio's print artwork archive and yarn bank.

Post Graduate Screen Printing Apprentice

Fabric Workshop and Museum

2017 – 2018
