Becky Ladner

From there, I moved on to work at Rusty for 5 years where I was hired as a sales rep assistant for the men's Pac Sun and the major department stores accounts as well as the junior sales rep for Pac Sun girls. During those years I also spent some time assisting the mens sales manager and worked closely with design, merchandising and production. From there I started a brand called Baby Bloom which consist of handmade infant and toddler items such as bibs, tutu tee onesies, burp cloths and more. I handled all aspects of the business from website maintenance, marketing, sales and bookkeeping. I currently work part time at Stand Up Paddle Industry Association as member relations, Executive Director assistant as well as overseeing all the duties of the daily operations.
