-Create and update tech packs including flat sketches, construction call-outs, trims, labels, and graphics. -Maintain all women’s styles, ensuring all tech pack information and CADs are up-to-date at all times. Conduct quality assurance inspections in warehouse. -Resolve customer service issues with garments and apply fix to issues in future production. Conduct and/or supervise fittings alongside designer. -Review, revise, and record specs for changes made during the development process including, fit, styling, and/or construction details. -Maintaining bulk ship dates in approval process. -Maintain excellent communication with oversees vendors via daily email. -Manage overall execution of fit, grading, and construction while maintaining optimum quality from initial prototype development through production approval. -Provide entire store with product fulfillment and replenishment, manage and monitor all store inventory, including in-store use devices and service parts used for repairs, process returns, ship and receive inventory and non-inventory items. -Provide support for the entire team with all inventory related issues and help throughout the day. Change floor sets and planogram, keep all demonstration products, as well as alarm systems, up-to- date, in working condition, and up to visual standards. -Run and manage workshops for customers, teaching customers basic skills or furthering knowledge of all currents products.

-Managed small groups for IT tasks throughout the Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Virginia. Supervised all under-ranking sailors within my division. -Provided technical support to all hospital personnel, as well as message creating and handling communication to all outgoing commands, both shore and sea. -Disaster Training Officer for the division, supplied and administered disaster routes and training to entire squadron, ensured all sailors and other personnel within the division were properly trained and educated in all disaster possibilities and procedures. -Facilitated testing among the division to ensure all personnel were consistently up-to-date.
