• Covered for maternity leave, was laid off end of March because of Corona Virus situation • Acted as the liaison between all Canadian sales representatives, fixing issues with both key and territory accounts in regards to shipping amongst other challenges • Sent out samples to top athletes, to marketing/sales departments for global photoshoots • Tracked SMUs/samples & ensured they were photographed and/or sent off to key accounts • Completed various projects for the Director of Sales (spreadsheets, pulled samples, etc)

• Ensure shipments are sent out expediently • Work directly with wholesale accounts and sales reps to resolve issues in regards to freight, delays, discounting, credits needing to be issued, cancel certain products if need be, etc. • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from French and English speaking clients in an efficient manner • Run reports to obtain orders that may need to be actioned. • Help with sample sales, SWAT sales, and other projects.

• Helped with fittings, photoshoots, creating/editing lookbooks, etc. • Assisted house designers with moodboards, coding, making sure samples were correct, etc. • Accurately entered pricing information in lookbooks and ensured any errors were corrected before sending out to clients.
