· Responsible for creating fit standards, work flow processes and overall organization of the technical department allowing for brand identity and brand consistency from initial concept and interpretation, size grading, tech packs, through fittings, sales samples and bulk production with attention to accuracy and quality standards. 
· Responsible for conducting fittings on live models as well as body forms for all internal fits and all new development bodies.
· Daily communication between external technical teams and factories facilitating changes or corrections (via written email, verbal conference calls, technical sketching and/or pictures to convey the idea or correction)
· Maintained internal and external fit records, construction details and graded specs, patterns and an extensive counter sample library.
· Responsible for creating "specialty" product offerings for trade shows, customer and licensing presentations. Creating custom patterns, cutting and sewing specialty high end items to "highlight" and give that "wow" in a presentation.
· Responsible for mentoring, guiding and teaching direct reports.

· Responsible for all aspects of technical design and fit details from initial concept and interpretation, size grading, tech packs, through fittings, sales samples and bulk production with attention to accuracy and quality standards. 
· Responsible for conducting fittings on live models as well as body forms for all internal fit approvals for men's and boy's apparel categories. In addition to working with external technical fit teams and factories to secure and coordinate fit adjustments, corrections and approvals in a timely manner.
· Daily communication with overseas suppliers and factories (written, verbal, technical sketching and/or pictures to convey the idea or correction) to answer any and all questions regarding fit and construction.
· Maintaining internal fit approval records and organizing all reference samples, patterns, and specs for brand consistency.

Ladies apparel manufacturing company specializing in knits and woven coordinated sportswear separates focused around a specified color palette for each group.  
Create and define color direction and palette for each season. 
Coordinate directly with overseas factories and fabric mills to ensure receipt of samples in a timely manner.
Liaison between several departments; such as Design, Technical, Sourcing, Marketing, and Sales ensuring all key dates are met and revisions are communicated between the teams.
Responsible for problem solving in all areas of design, color, concept, fabric and fit with overseas factories to ensure samples are completed and shipped to sales teams on time for market appointments.
