Responsible for the creation of the marketing and sales strategy for the Laguna Beach Million Dollar Home Raffle. Duties included identifying target markets, conducting market research and building a sales force. Implemented new analytical data collections to help better understand the customer. Created a method for tracking marketing campaigns and their effectiveness. Also assisted in the implementation of a new CRM and phone system.

Led the expansion of various education and professional development programs to DSF’s new Los Angeles region. Worked to form educational partnerships with six new municipalities and four LAUSD regional superintendents. Worked closely with Discovery Cube Los Angeles Board Members to leverage existing relationships to help ensure success of proposals. Responsible for furthering the awareness of DSF through the identification and cultivation of new membership driven professional networks.

Focused on expanding the DSF’s educational outreach programs through partnerships with forty municipalities, fifty five special district and two private waste haulers totaling $1,000,000 in added revenue. Supported public affairs efforts throughout Southern California. Helped facilitate the public-private partnership that led to Discovery Cube Los Angeles. A member of the Grand Opening Team tasked with forging community ties and encouraging involvement with the new location. Responsible for the reporting and analysis of various metrics that were requested from various partners.
