— Anthony<p>I am a creative senior design and development leader with over 20 years of experience and success across many major brands and industries.</p><p></p><p>As VP of Product Development at Stitch Design, I manage a development team and coordinate the manufacturing and delivery of specialty client products.
</p><p></p><p>At Lumenus, I led product innovation and development and brand marketing for a startup, helping the company establish its eCommerce presence and setting the operational foundation for the IP’s eventual acquisition.</p><p></p><p>I worked for Outdoor Technology as their VP of Product for four years. I guided end-to-end product development, including leading the intricate design of product components and improving manufacturing.</p><p></p><p>At STX, I led a production design team in establishing an in-house sample room and an overseas development office in Asia, helping the company achieve faster, more accurate production.</p><p></p><p>While director of design and development at Epica Studios, where I led independent consulting projects, I provided a variety of successful companies in the United States and China with graphic and product design, manufacturing solutions, creative direction, product engineering, and project management.</p><p></p><p>In prior years, as a product design and engineering manager for QVS Global, I worked closely with the Product Management Team to design numerous successful private-label products for global retail brands.</p><p></p><p>I created brand-driven lines of graphic, product, and structural packaging and mentored design teams from development through production. </p><p></p><p>At the beginning of my career, after achieving a bachelor’s in industrial design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, I managed product design and development for Technine Snowboards. </p><p></p><p>At Technine Snowboards, I managed a team of four developers and oversaw numerous suppliers. </p><p></p><p>I owned the supplier strategy, relationships, and design processes while supervising production and quality control. </p><p></p><p>I helped the company establish its first design and development office in China. I also created a stable supply chain for the brand in Asia and successfully launched three lines of snowboarding bindings.</p><p></p><p>Throughout my career, I have enjoyed working with development teams and bringing fresh perspectives in design and manufacturing concepts to ignite creativity and product innovation.</p><p></p><p>I find success in refining processes, elevating individual and team performance, and running Lean end-to-end operations that deliver on design intention and quality.</p><p></p>
