Supports the development of initial assortment strategies with analyzing sales results, identifying product opportunities for growth, and examining current trends and competitors. Identifies brand right aesthetic and brand
understanding to support the development of the product line.
Co manages women's graphic tee shirts. Works directly with the vendor, design, product development, and sourcing to execute deadlines and deliverables. Edits assortment based on business needs and presents to channel merchants for selection.
Data management: Responsible for updating all systems (TradeStone/Bamboo Rose, ASPIRE, Adobe Illustrator) with accurate data for all the above categories. This includes seasonal set up, in season maintenance, and postseason
clean up. Processes and communicates changes to cross-functional teams.
Individually manages all of Women's Sportswear sample orders per season and directly communicates with overseas vendors and with the corresponding cross functional teams.
SMU PLM lead- Works with quick turn product for women's knit tops. Read and reacts to sales with channel merchant counterpart to find white space opportunities in the assortments. Worked with domestic vendors on chase styles per season, for trend, colors, and style execution, omni channel information.
