Identify and develop strategic sourcing plan for $5 million On-Field business. Negotiate pricing and purchase of products from Global and Domestic suppliers – own relationship with all manufacturing and raw material partners. Project Manager for Special Projects (Olympics and Special Events) – own entire process from concept to delivery, managing and facilitating all steps with Product Line Manager, Technical Design, Design, Materials, Sourcing & Production. Own and facilitate weekly Crosslead Meeting which includes all Managers and above to ensure that all key issues are discussed and teams are on track to meet all calendar deadlines.

Plan and organize raw material information, prepare orders and requisitions for materials that need to be purchased. Manage all aspects from purchase order to final delivery to ensure everything can be produced and delivered on time. Assist with trim development and ensure proper testing is being completed. Work closely with trims developers and design to ensure feasibility and to ensure that costing targets are met. Streamlining raw material orders in order to ensure maximum cost savings. Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and factories. Build an efficient and cost effective sourcing plan by analyzing current and future On-Field category demands.

Manage purchase order and delivery schedule and ensure visibility of all critical information to cross functional partners. Own purchase order maintenance such as PO delays or changes, based on communication with factories. Partner with manufacturers to ensure timely production from the beginning of PO placement through final delivery to the customer, including receiving weekly WIP updates and communicating all changes to Supply Chain teams. Assist with post embellishment requests for all teams – facilitate shipments, factory capacity, and ensure safety stock is on hand in order to enable quick turn capabilities.

Communicate with regional and cross-functional partners on a regular basis. Manage seasonal orders, chase buys, and any changes with regional partners. Work to improve speed to market program. Manage T&A calendar and all aspects of production and quality issues. Maintain weekly shipping status reports and related responsibilities. Share business risks and changes to cross-functional partners and provide timely solutions.

Assist with product selection process from vendor lines and trade show product. Collect item information on garments and vendor as well as while also requesting samples and coordinating on new items with senior merchant. Organize and maintain sales reports. including catalog, web, store, and road shows. Prepare “Open to Buy” and catalog sale reports for senior merchandiser. Manage catalog preparation: gathering samples, compiling fact sheets, and partnering with copywriter.
