• Manage and work closely a team of multifaceted creatives creating consumer products and deliverables in and around design and manufacturing for clients and their start up businesses. • Initiate weekly meetings, design reviews, line planning and costing for clients. • Lead clients with small business development / product start up strategies, branding and art direction.

2016 – 2018

• Facilitated design processes to establish new product innovation for safety and protection gear. • Strategic product line building, to initiate new innovative product to co-exist with existing product line. • Initiated a unique work flow to building product. Working prototypes as ‘proof of concept’ prior to manufacturing specs and 3D prints • Creating manufacturing spec / build packs, operation manuals, packaging and CE Certification preparation.

2014 – 2016

• Initiated and facilitated new product offering, enhancing existing product line and furthering the brand’s message. • Successfully managed vendors, made production decisions: MOQs, production tool manufacturing, CE certification process. • Launched new branding campaigns for both brands, designed to distinguish and define their place in the market • Performed extensive market research and assisted in product line building.
