- Production Coordinator ? Head of production and operations managing a portfolio of over 300 contractual manufacturing and wholesale customers ? Plan, release, schedule, and track manufacturing work orders from inception at order entry to completion of production using ERP and scheduling systems ? Provide strategic support for the successful delivery of the global and regional shipments ? Maintain shipping deadlines for sample and bulk production ? Support strategy plans for Marketing and Sales Operations - Accounting Coordinator ? Oversee A/P and A/R functions for national and international customers ? Invoices, processing payment, paying out vendors, end of month close ? Analyze sales, returns, discounts, and sell through rates for wholesale and retail ? Create end of month and mid month financial statements for review ? Reduce the overall past due (and bad debt) balances ? Research unapplied cash and missing payments ? Email and call commercial customers regarding aged account receivable invoices ? Record information daily regarding collection status in the AR platform ? Post customer payments received via check, wire, ACH and credit card - Customer Service Manager ? Seek out new opportunities for CX improvement and generate KPI standards for the department ? Resolve all customer service inquiries via chat, email, Amazon, social media and phone calls with a focus on risk mitigation and client experience ? Document and update support tickets appropriately - Ecommerce Integration Lead ? Review imports/exports and order automation logs to resolve outstanding errors ? Produce external email campaigns through Nuorder and Klaviyo ? Implement automatic discount and automations for discounts, bogo, and gifts with purchase ? Manage all ecommerce platforms and generate reports for sales, site traffic and transactions ? Fluent with each retailer Vendor sites and Routing Guides ? Set up and integrate b2c and b2b platforms ? NuOrder, FAIRE, A2000, Judge.me, Bundles, Hopp'n, Mirakl, Amazon ? Monitor performance of sales, inventory and margin targets through independent analysis ? Build and distribute cost sheets for contractual manufacturing customers ? Maintain a detailed work-in-progress log that is available for all team members to review ? Generate the inventory management review report for all brands to forecast inventory ? Periodically reviewing and updating existing listings & content to ensure that listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized for our Amazon storefront ? Creation of new listings/ASINS ? General management of fulfillment strategies & shipment scheduling for FBM shipments. ? Coordinating with marketing in the execution, monitoring, tracking, and optimization of promo and seasonal campaigns and launches.
