Through my career I have led design teams, spearheaded the visuals for campaigns, produced in-house photoshoots, fully redesigned e-commerce websites, created design processes, and developed the organization systems for creative assets, all while staying up to date on the newest design trends and software. </p>

Lead designer for RoadRunnerSports.com. Tasked with a redesign from the get-go, I am
responsible for the site's page layout, interaction, front-end look & feel and overall storytelling. This
role has allowing me to have my hands and eyes on many parts of the business and create a more
seamless customer journey though the funnel.
• Completed a full reskin of website resulting in 3% increase in conversion in 8 months
